Building upon 25 years of property management experience in Boston's Historical Districts: Beacon Hill, the Back Bay and South End, CLARKE, an LLC based in Exeter, is selectively looking for new opportunities in New Hampshire. Since Robert Clarke began managing properties in 1983, the firm's focus has been solely on the needs of its clients: smaller (5-50 units) condominium associations, apartment buildings, office buildings and investor owned real estate.
Given our commitment to such properties we believe our approach to property management fills a void created by larger companies that are often over extended with significant staff turnover. By contrast, we are dedicated to providing a high level of personalized service to a limited number of clients who value such singular commitment and seek to maintain a long term relationship. Our straightforward method is based on experience, observation and original thought. In that regard, we employ a hands-on approach to managing and operating real estate.
We are not brokers, developers or general contractors although our resume does include such activities. Indeed, our small, stable size is designed to meet the myriad needs of our clients.
We provide a wide array of services including property management and related services, project management, capital needs assessment, replacement reserve analysis and consulting.
